Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable architectures for LLM fine-tuning and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines.
- Optimize model inference performance and reduce latency for real-time applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to define AI product requirements and roadmaps.
- Evaluate and select appropriate pre-trained models and fine-tuning techniques for specific use cases.
- Ensure the ethical use of AI by implementing robust guardrails and safety protocols.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of model outputs to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Deep Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with Hugging Face Transformers and model fine-tuning.
- Familiarity with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus) and vector embeddings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
