Are you ready to build the intelligent systems of tomorrow? Nexus Future Labs is seeking a visionary Senior Generative AI Engineer to lead the development of next-generation multimodal AI models. In this pivotal role, you will architect and deploy scalable machine learning systems that redefine human-computer interaction.
We are not just looking for engineers; we are looking for pioneers. Join a diverse team of data scientists, researchers, and engineers committed to pushing the boundaries of what is possible in 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Architect & Scale: Design and implement state-of-the-art Generative AI architectures (LLMs, diffusion models) capable of processing complex, multimodal data streams in real-time.
- Research & Innovation: Stay at the forefront of AI research, implementing novel techniques in transformer efficiency, reinforcement learning from human feedback (RLHF), and synthetic data generation.
- Optimization: Optimize model inference and training pipelines for low-latency performance on distributed cloud infrastructure.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to translate technical capabilities into intuitive, user-centric AI features.
- Code Quality: Establish and enforce best practices for MLOps, code reviews, and documentation within the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Deep Learning.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Deep Learning, with at least 2 years specifically focused on Generative AI or Large Language Models.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow. Strong understanding of transformer models, attention mechanisms, and natural language processing (NLP).
- Infrastructure: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization tools (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
