Job Description
Are you ready to architect the future of Artificial Intelligence?
Nebula Horizon AI is a forward-thinking research lab pioneering the cognitive architectures that will define the technological landscape of 2026 and beyond. We are looking for a visionary Senior Generative AI Engineer to lead the development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and autonomous agent systems. If you thrive on solving unsolved problems and want to build the core intelligence behind the next decade of software, this is your stage.
Why join us?
- Future-Proof Your Career: Work on cutting-edge research that sets the standard for the AI industry in 2026.
- High Impact: Your models will power enterprise-grade solutions for Fortune 500 clients.
- Autonomy: We offer a flexible, remote-first culture with a focus on output over hours.
The Role:
We are seeking a technical expert to bridge the gap between theoretical research and production-scale deployment. You will be responsible for optimizing inference pipelines, implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures, and ensuring our models are safe, efficient, and scalable.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable LLM applications using Python and modern frameworks like LangChain and Hugging Face.
- Optimize model inference latency and cost through quantization, pruning, and hardware acceleration (GPU/TPU).
- Design and implement robust RAG pipelines to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Conduct cutting-edge research into multimodal AI and agentic workflows for the 2026 market.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex AI capabilities into user-centric features.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and fine-tuning strategies.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and data orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect).
- Strong grasp of LLM safety, alignment, and ethical AI principles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
