Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines and architectures from scratch.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and product managers to define AI requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency in production environments.
- Deploy and maintain machine learning models using MLOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Conduct research on novel algorithms to improve system performance and capabilities.
- Document technical specifications and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning or artificial intelligence engineering.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods, and software engineering principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
