Responsibilities
- Architect, train, and fine-tune large-scale machine learning and deep learning models for production environments.
- Collaborate closely with data scientists and software engineers to integrate ML pipelines into the core product architecture.
- Optimize model performance, latency, and accuracy to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Conduct research on emerging algorithms and implement novel solutions to complex problems.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Manage the end-to-life cycle of AI models, including deployment, monitoring, and retraining strategies.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Dask) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
