We are seeking a visionary Senior Machine Learning Engineer to join our elite R&D team in San Francisco. Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize end-to-end machine learning pipelines and algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Deploy models to production environments using containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud services (AWS, GCP).
- Monitor model performance in real-time and implement strategies for continuous improvement and retraining.
- Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists.
- Research and evaluate emerging machine learning frameworks and best practices.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or a similar technical role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java.
- Strong experience with machine learning frameworks including TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
- Experience with distributed computing systems and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
