Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Own the end-to-end lifecycle of the 2026 product roadmap, defining the vision, strategy, and execution plan.
- Roadmap Development: Translate high-level business goals into actionable product features and timelines, prioritizing initiatives based on market impact and feasibility.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive research on emerging technologies and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with executive leadership, engineering teams, and external partners to align on strategic objectives.
- Product Lifecycle: Drive the product from concept through launch, ensuring quality assurance and user adoption metrics are met.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Experience: 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years leading product strategy for large-scale software or SaaS platforms.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining and executing successful product roadmaps, with a focus on long-term strategic planning.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, agile methodologies, and emerging technologies relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
