Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive product strategy for the 2026 product line, ensuring alignment with corporate vision.
- Lead cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and marketing to deliver high-quality products on time.
- Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities for innovation.
- Manage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and concept to launch and post-launch analysis.
- Communicate complex product roadmaps and value propositions to stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Drive data-driven decision-making to optimize product performance and user engagement.
- Champion user feedback loops to continuously improve the user experience.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of leading successful product launches.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable product insights.
- Experience working with agile methodologies and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of influencing without authority.
- Technical background or fluency in software development lifecycle (SDLC) is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in driving strategic initiatives.
