- Conduct rigorous research to optimize qubit stability and error correction protocols.

- Define best practices for quantum security and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in quantum computing or advanced AI systems development.
- Expert proficiency in Python, C++, and frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or AWS Braket.
- Deep understanding of quantum mechanics, linear algebra, and probability theory.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) is highly preferred.
