Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum neural networks using Qiskit and Cirq frameworks
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical AI pipelines for enterprise-scale applications
- Optimize quantum algorithms for error correction and coherence time
- Lead cross-functional R&D projects with quantum physicists and ML engineers
- Architect fault-tolerant quantum computing systems for real-world AI workloads
- Publish breakthrough research in top-tier quantum/AI conferences
- Mentor junior scientists in quantum machine learning methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or Computational Physics (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or advanced ML systems
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (QASM, Quil) and frameworks
- Proficiency with Python, TensorFlow Quantum, and D-Wave systems
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum information theory
- Experience with high-performance computing architectures
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and neural networks
