Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum AI Solutions: Design and implement hybrid quantum-classical algorithms capable of processing petabyte-scale datasets in milliseconds.
- Research & Development: Lead the exploration of novel neural network topologies optimized for qubit coherence and error correction.
- System Integration: Bridge the gap between quantum processors and deep learning frameworks to ensure seamless data flow and inference.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Roadmap Planning: Define the technical trajectory for the 2026 roadmap, ensuring scalability and robustness of core systems.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor system latency and throughput, implementing optimizations to maximize hardware utilization.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Computing or Machine Learning.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, specifically within AI/ML or High-Performance Computing (HPC).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and CUDA. Hands-on experience with quantum SDKs (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil).
- AI Expertise: Deep understanding of deep learning architectures (CNNs, RNNs, Transformers) and their quantum counterparts.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous technical challenges and derive innovative solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
