Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive SEO and content strategy roadmap leading up to and through 2026, aligning with global business goals.
- Lead technical SEO initiatives, focusing on Core Web Vitals, site architecture, and schema implementation for high-scale platforms.
- Collaborate with AI research teams to integrate large language models (LLMs) into search ranking strategies and content optimization.
- Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists and data analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Conduct deep-dive competitive analysis and market trend forecasting to identify emerging opportunities in the search landscape.
- Oversee the migration and optimization of enterprise-level domains to ensure zero traffic loss during major site overhauls.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Search Engine Optimization, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Deep technical understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering (SSR) and how they impact SEO.
- Proven track record of scaling organic traffic by 200%+ for complex, high-velocity websites.
- Experience with data analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, BigQuery, Tableau) to drive data-backed decision-making.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Design).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for executive stakeholders.
