Responsibilities
- Technical SEO Leadership: Conduct comprehensive site audits, identify crawl errors, and implement schema markup to ensure optimal search engine indexing.
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies, including on-page and off-page optimization, to improve organic rankings for key target keywords.
- Link Building: Lead high-quality link-building campaigns and manage relationships with high-authority publishers and outreach agencies.
- Content Optimization: Collaborate with content creators to optimize web copy, meta tags, and alt text for maximum searchability and user engagement.
- Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs, analyze traffic data, and provide detailed monthly performance reports to stakeholders with actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of proven success in SEO, with a track record of improving organic traffic and search rankings.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and technical SEO principles (crawlability, site speed, mobile-friendliness).
- Tools: Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Moz.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical teams.
