Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic for the company's web properties.
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits to identify and resolve crawl errors, indexation issues, and site speed bottlenecks.
- Lead keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-value opportunities and content gaps.
- Collaborate with the content team to develop SEO-optimized content strategies that align with user intent and search algorithms.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) including organic traffic, rankings, conversion rates, and backlink profiles using tools like Google Analytics and Ahrefs.
- Stay abreast of the latest search engine algorithm updates and industry trends to ensure our strategies remain ahead of the curve.
Qualifications
- 3-5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong portfolio demonstrating significant improvements in organic traffic and search rankings.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Central guidelines, including core web vitals and E-E-A-T principles.
- Proficiency in technical SEO, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and site architecture optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights.
- Experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
