Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive, long-term SEO strategy for Project 2026, focusing on semantic search and AI integration.
- Lead high-level technical SEO audits, ensuring optimal site architecture, crawlability, and Core Web Vitals performance.
- Analyze complex data sets to uncover actionable insights, identifying new keyword opportunities and content gaps.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and content teams to embed SEO best practices into the development lifecycle.
- Manage and mentor a team of SEO specialists, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and innovation.
- Monitor algorithm updates and emerging trends to proactively adjust strategies and maintain market leadership.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, or a related technical field.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale SEO campaigns that have resulted in significant organic traffic growth.
- Deep understanding of Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and advanced SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
- Strong technical proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and server-side rendering concepts.
- Exceptional project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple high-stakes initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
