Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on engineer who can bridge the gap between theoretical design and production deployment. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver high-quality software that delights our customers.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable software systems using modern technologies.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including code reviews, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical growth of the engineering team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Identify and resolve technical debt to ensure system stability and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript).
- Strong understanding of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
