Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable backend microservices using modern languages (Go, Python, or Rust).
- Collaborate closely with product managers and designers to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize application performance, ensuring low latency and high availability across global regions.
- Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices for security and maintainability.
- Drive technical innovation by researching emerging technologies and integrating them into our stack.
- Participate in the full DevOps lifecycle, including CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on high-scale systems.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python.
- Extensive experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
