Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define, plan, and execute a comprehensive technical strategy that aligns with business objectives and prepares the organization for future market shifts.
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, high-performance distributed systems capable of handling exponential growth and complex data processing needs.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Quantum Computing readiness) into existing infrastructures.
- Technical Governance: Establish architectural standards, coding best practices, and security protocols to ensure system integrity and compliance.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership or strategic planning role.
- Cloud Mastery: Deep expertise in major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with a focus on multi-region architectures and serverless computing.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical strategies and successfully delivering on complex roadmaps.
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning architectures, including MLOps and data pipelines.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical vision to diverse audiences.
