- Drive stakeholder engagement with C-suite executives, investors, and regulatory bodies
- Design AI-powered sustainability analytics platforms for real-time impact measurement
- Oversee certification processes for B Corp and ISO 14001:2015 standards
- Lead $5M+ sustainability transformation projects across 15+ global sites
- Mentor junior sustainability specialists and foster cross-departmental innovation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 8+ years in corporate sustainability with proven 2030-goal delivery
- Expertise in ESG reporting frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD)
- Professional certifications (LEED AP, GRI Certified, or similar)
- Advanced proficiency in sustainability software (SAP EHS, Enviance, Persefoni)
- Experience managing multi-million dollar sustainability budgets
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Python/R for sustainability modeling
- Exceptional strategic planning and executive communication abilities
