Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the implementation of the FY2026 strategic infrastructure roadmap, focusing on cloud-native solutions and microservices.
- Lead complex technical decisions, ensuring high availability, security, and performance across global data centers.
- Mentor and guide junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical blueprints.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain code quality and scalability standards.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate delivery cycles.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and architectural debt before they impact production.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, systems engineering, or technical leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Proficiency in high-level programming languages (Java, Python, Go, or C++).
- Strong understanding of network protocols, database systems (SQL/NoSQL), and distributed systems.
- Proven experience leading large-scale migrations and modernization projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
