Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable software systems for the 2026 roadmap and beyond.
- Oversee the integration of AI-driven automation across global infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate high-level concepts into detailed technical specifications.
- Optimize system performance and ensure high availability in mission-critical environments.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and mentor junior engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
- Define and enforce technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in full-stack software architecture and design.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with experience in distributed systems.
- Proven experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
