Responsibilities
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute comprehensive recruiting strategies to identify top-tier talent in AI, Machine Learning, and Future Tech sectors.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the full lifecycle of recruitment, from pipeline building and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Employer Branding: Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Apex Horizon’s cutting-edge culture and mission to attract passive candidates.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends and salary benchmarks to ensure competitive positioning.
- Collaboration: Partner with Engineering and Product leaders to understand complex technical requirements and build diverse, high-performing teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record in sourcing hard-to-fill roles.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Tech Savvy: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and emerging technologies.
- ATS Proficiency: Advanced experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.).
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
