Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Define and execute the long-term architectural strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and technological advancements.
- System Design: Design and implement high-availability, distributed systems using microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Innovation & Research: Evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Quantum Readiness) and integrate them into our core infrastructure.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee security protocols and ensure all systems adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze system performance bottlenecks and implement scalable solutions to handle growing data loads.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and system architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and orchestration.
- Programming: Deep expertise in at least two major languages (Python, Go, Java, or Rust).
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of translating business requirements into robust technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Excellent ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with a focus on scalability and future-proofing solutions.
