You will collaborate with product leaders to define architectural standards that align with our 2026 vision, driving innovation across our global engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technical vision for the 2026 product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Lead the design and architecture of scalable microservices and distributed systems, optimizing for performance and reliability.
- Mentor and coach mid-to-senior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and DevOps to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to mitigate risk and ensure code quality.
- Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies (AI, Cloud Native, Edge Computing) and evaluate their potential application in our ecosystem.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Deep expertise in designing and deploying large-scale, distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strong proficiency in at least two modern programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, Go, or TypeScript).
- Proven experience in system architecture patterns, event-driven architecture, and API design (REST, GraphQL).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience leading teams through complex technical migrations or greenfield development projects.
