In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to engineering leaders, managing the full lifecycle of recruitment from talent mapping to offer negotiation. You will leverage your deep understanding of the tech landscape to build diverse, high-performing pipelines and secure top-tier candidates in a competitive market.
Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level technical positions, including Software Engineering, Data Science, and DevOps.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies and Boolean search techniques to identify passive candidates.
- Build and nurture a robust talent pipeline through networking, social media, and industry events.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, culture fit, and long-term business goals.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and provide market feedback to internal stakeholders.
- Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a premium, professional engagement.
- Analyze recruiting metrics and optimize recruitment funnels to improve time-to-hire and quality of hire.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in technical recruiting or talent acquisition within the US market.
- Deep expertise in the software development lifecycle and technical skill sets (Java, Python, AWS, React, etc.).
- Proven track record of successfully closing hard-to-fill roles and meeting aggressive hiring targets.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade C-level executives and technical staff.
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting CRMs (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workable).
- Strong network of industry contacts and a proactive approach to networking.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field.
