Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for engineering roles, from defining job requirements to closing offers.
- Execute innovative sourcing strategies using Boolean search, social media, and professional networks.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates through networking and outreach.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering Managers and CTOs to understand technical needs and company culture.
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidate fit and cultural alignment.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, specifically within the software engineering domain.
- Proven success in managing full-cycle recruitment for hard-to-fill technical positions.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
