Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sourcing: Own the full lifecycle of technical recruiting, from defining hiring needs to extending offers, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates in niche engineering and data science fields.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and translate them into effective hiring plans.
- Pipeline Management: Cultivate a robust talent pipeline and maintain relationships with top-tier candidates to ensure long-term access to talent.
- Process Optimization: Continuously improve recruiting processes and tools to enhance efficiency and candidate engagement.
Qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in a high-growth startup or agency environment.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and familiarity with technologies such as React, Node.js, Python, and AWS.
- ATS Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and Boolean search techniques.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and candidates at all levels.
- Problem Solving: A proactive approach to identifying challenges and implementing creative solutions to complex hiring problems.
