Responsibilities
- End-to-End Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and recruit top-tier technical talent in Solidity, Rust, Go, and distributed systems.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates through networking, social media, and industry events.
- Client Collaboration: Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and build long-term talent strategies.
- Screening & Selection: Conduct rigorous technical and behavioral interviews to assess cultural fit and technical proficiency.
- Offer Management: Navigate complex compensation structures, including tokens and crypto-equity, to close top offers.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and emerging technologies to advise leadership.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of closing senior-level engineering roles.
- Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of Web3, Blockchain, or AI/ML ecosystems; familiarity with developer tools (GitHub, Stack Overflow) is a plus.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in Boolean search, sourcing tools (Hired, Greenhouse, etc.), and networking platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ownership: High degree of autonomy and drive to achieve aggressive hiring goals.
