Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technical strategy for the Vision 2026 project, ensuring SEO best practices are integrated into the core infrastructure.
- Conduct comprehensive technical audits and implement architectural changes to improve crawlability, indexability, and site speed.
- Collaborate closely with frontend and backend developers to resolve complex site issues and optimize Core Web Vitals.
- Develop and implement advanced schema markup strategies to enhance rich snippets and visibility.
- Monitor search algorithm updates and proactively adjust strategies to maintain and improve search rankings.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to ensure zero organic traffic loss.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in technical SEO, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep understanding of Google's Search Central guidelines and algorithm updates.
- Proficiency in analyzing large datasets using tools like Google Analytics 4, Search Console, and Ahrefs/Semrush.
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, or Adobe Experience Manager) and version control (Git).
- Strong coding knowledge of Python or JavaScript is a significant plus.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for cross-functional teams.
