Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Lead architectural reviews and strategic planning sessions to ensure scalability, security, and performance.
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge) relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineering teams and fostering technical excellence.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management and C-Suite executives to translate high-level strategies into technical specifications.
- Drive the adoption of DevOps best practices to accelerate deployment cycles.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or technical strategy, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully planning and implementing long-term technical roadmaps.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and future tech trends.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
