Responsibilities
- Define the Year 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technology initiatives, identifying trends and opportunities that align with our long-term business goals.
- Technical Feasibility Analysis: Assess the feasibility of emerging technologies and integrate them into our existing architectural framework.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product managers to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Agile Leadership: Mentor engineering teams and establish best practices for delivery, ensuring high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Vendor & Partner Relations: Evaluate and manage relationships with external technology partners and solution providers.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, architecture, or product strategy, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think strategically and execute on complex, multi-year initiatives (e.g., Year 2026 projects).
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), microservices, and modern development stacks.
