Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and communicate the comprehensive technology and product roadmap leading up to 2026, aligning business goals with technical execution.
- Strategic Foresight: Conduct in-depth analysis of emerging technologies (AI, Cloud, Edge Computing) to identify high-impact opportunities for the company.
- Stakeholder Management: Present complex strategic initiatives and long-term visions to C-level executives and board members with clarity and persuasion.
- Feasibility Analysis: Work closely with engineering and R&D teams to assess the technical feasibility of ambitious future projects and mitigate risks.
- Innovation Partnerships: Evaluate and integrate partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions to accelerate our 2026 goals.
- Resource Allocation: Guide the strategic allocation of budget and resources towards high-value initiatives that support the 2026 vision.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, systems engineering, or a similar strategic leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of defining long-term roadmaps and driving organizational change over a 3-5 year horizon.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of modern software architectures, cloud computing, and emerging tech trends relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business strategies for diverse audiences.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior leadership.
