Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite executives to create a comprehensive 3-year strategic vision for our AI capabilities, ensuring alignment with market trends.
- Architect Scalable Solutions: Design and oversee the implementation of enterprise-grade AI infrastructure that supports rapid scaling and innovation.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging technologies, specifically generative AI and predictive modeling, to stay ahead of the curve.
- Ensure Ethical Compliance: Establish and enforce ethical guidelines and safety protocols for all AI deployments to ensure responsible innovation.
- Mentor Leadership Teams: Educate internal stakeholders on AI capabilities, risks, and opportunities to foster a culture of technological fluency.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (or equivalent extensive experience).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or strategic planning role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, NLP, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences and stakeholders.
