Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create and maintain a comprehensive technology and AI strategy aligned with business goals for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead the research and implementation of next-generation AI models, including Generative AI and predictive analytics.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and implement AI-driven solutions to automate and enhance operations.
- Security & Ethics: Ensure all AI initiatives comply with ethical guidelines and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or AI, with at least 5 years in a leadership or strategic capacity.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps (5+ year horizon).
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Adaptability: Strong ability to navigate ambiguity and lead through periods of rapid change.
