Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and execution of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying key emerging trends in AI and data science.
- Define the architectural vision for scalable, future-proof software solutions.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technical capabilities with long-term business objectives.
- Oversee the integration of advanced AI models into existing product lines.
- Conduct rigorous market analysis to anticipate shifts in the tech landscape.
- Manage cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of futuristic projects.
- Establish best practices for innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in Technical Strategy, AI Engineering, or Product Management.
- Proven experience in defining long-term technical roadmaps and vision statements.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, or PyTorch, with a focus on AI implementation.
- Excellent ability to communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience leading high-performance teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively about solving complex, futuristic problems.
