Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the technical vision and roadmap for the '2026' initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the architecture of complex, scalable systems, ensuring high availability and security standards.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering leads to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Drive technical decision-making, mentoring senior engineers, and conducting code reviews to maintain high-quality standards.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks early in the development lifecycle.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies into our core offerings.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership or senior engineering role.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale enterprise solutions.
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern programming languages (Java, Python, Go).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and data-driven decision-making processes.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
