- Technology Evaluation: Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Edge IoT) to determine their viability for implementation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Ensure code quality through rigorous review and mentorship of junior architects and developers.
- Risk Management: Proactively identify potential technical debt and architectural risks before they impact production.
Qualifications
- 10+ Years Experience: Proven track record in software architecture, system design, and leading high-performance teams.
- Advanced Degree: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Tech Stack Mastery: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to research and adapt to cutting-edge technologies.
- Leadership Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent professional certification.
