Responsibilities
- Lead Project 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for the 2026 initiative, ensuring alignment with global business goals.
- Architectural Design: Design complex, high-performance distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Trend Analysis: Research and evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum-ready protocols, advanced AI integration) to drive innovation.
- Technical Governance: Establish coding standards, review architectural designs, and ensure system scalability and security.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, engineering leads, and C-suite executives to prioritize features and resolve technical blockers.
- Mentorship: Foster a culture of technical excellence by mentoring senior engineers and architects within the team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 4 years in a senior architecture or strategic planning role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Python, Java, or Go, and deep experience with cloud-native technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, data modeling, and high-availability architecture.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical requirements and business strategy.
- Leadership: Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
