Responsibilities

- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for major initiatives.
- Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performance engineering leadership team focused on innovation and excellence.
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Operational Efficiency: Streamline development processes and deployment pipelines to accelerate time-to-market.
Qualifications
- Strategic Experience: Minimum 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or directorial role.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Proven track record of planning and executing long-term technical strategies, specifically regarding the year 2026 trends (AI, Quantum Computing, etc.).
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud architecture and scalability patterns.
