Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for technology integration, identifying emerging trends in AI, Quantum Computing, and Blockchain to build a resilient future.
- Drive Innovation Initiatives: Spearhead R&D projects focused on long-term technological advancements, ensuring alignment with business goals and market demands.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with C-suite executives and product leaders to translate complex technical visions into actionable business strategies.
- Team Development: Cultivate a high-performance culture of innovation, mentoring senior engineering teams and fostering a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis of the competitive landscape to identify white-space opportunities for technological disruption.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: Proven experience (10+ years) in a strategic leadership role within the Technology sector, specifically focusing on future tech or roadmap planning.
- Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and emerging web technologies with a track record of implementing long-term tech strategies.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects from concept to completion in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
