You will be responsible for the 2026 Technology Roadmap, overseeing the integration of next-gen AI, quantum readiness, and immersive web technologies.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying critical milestones for AI integration and digital transformation.
- Conduct rigorous market research to forecast emerging technologies (e.g., Generative AI, Spatial Computing, Edge Computing) and assess their applicability to our business model.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align technical strategy with business objectives, ensuring the 2026 vision is understood and actionable by all stakeholders.
- Oversee the pilot programs and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for high-impact technologies slated for deployment in the 2026 fiscal cycle.
- Assess legacy systems and architect a scalable transition strategy to ensure seamless integration with future-proof architectures.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with rapid technological adoption, ensuring security and compliance remain paramount.
- Manage a budget for R&D initiatives focused on future tech readiness.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Information Technology, Strategic Planning, or Enterprise Architecture.
- Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and creating long-term technology roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, with specific focus on the trends defining the 2026 landscape (e.g., AI, Blockchain, IoT).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of influencing senior leadership and technical teams alike.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
