- Lead cross-functional workshops to align organizational strategy with future scenarios
- Author forward-looking white papers and thought leadership content for industry publications
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-focused solutions and validate market readiness
- Establish foresight frameworks using data analytics, AI-driven trend detection, and scenario planning methodologies
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and innovation summits
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field with 8+ years of experience
- Proven track record in translating complex future scenarios into executable business strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, spatial computing, or AI ethics
- Exceptional storytelling abilities to communicate complex futures to diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., horizon scanning, Delphi methods, system dynamics modeling)
- Published thought leadership in futurist or innovation publications
- Experience advising Fortune 500 executives on long-term strategic pivots
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-focused projects delivered to market
