Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end strategic planning process to define the technological vision and milestones for the fiscal year 2026.
- Disruptive Technology Identification: Continuously scan the global tech horizon to identify emerging trends (e.g., AGI, Spatial Computing, Edge AI) and assess their potential impact on our business model.
- Executive Advisory: Present complex technical roadmaps and innovation strategies to C-Suite executives and stakeholders with clarity and persuasive impact.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with leading tech innovators, research labs, and think tanks to stay ahead of the curve.
- Feasibility Analysis: Conduct rigorous analysis to determine the viability of new technologies and create prototypes or Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for executive review.
- Culture of Innovation: Foster a creative environment that encourages experimentation and risk-taking within the engineering and product teams.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a high-level executive advisory or CTO role.
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Masterâs degree or PhD is a strong plus.
- Visionary Mindset: Demonstrated ability to think several years into the future and anticipate industry shifts before they happen.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; capable of translating complex concepts for diverse audiences.
- Technical Fluency: Deep understanding of current and emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Cloud Infrastructure) with the ability to grasp complex technical concepts rapidly.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams through complex digital transformations.
