Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Collaborate with C-level executives to define long-term technology strategies and deliverables leading up to 2026.
- Lead AI & Automation Integration: Spearhead the research and implementation of next-generation AI models and autonomous systems.
- Oversee Digital Transformation: Manage the migration to cloud-native and edge computing environments to ensure scalability.
- Establish Ethical Frameworks: Develop governance models for emerging technologies like generative AI and quantum computing.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical visions to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives.
- Innovation Labs: Lead internal R&D projects focused on futuristic user experiences and interface design.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 8+ years of experience in Strategic Technology, Product Management, or Engineering Leadership roles.
- Tech Stack Proficiency: Deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, and Future Tech trends.
- Project Management: Proven track record of delivering large-scale digital transformations on time and within budget.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and solve unstructured problems.
