Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 5-year strategic roadmap with a primary focus on 2026 milestones.
- Conduct deep-dive market research to identify emerging trends, disruptive technologies, and competitive threats.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to align engineering, product, and sales teams around the 2026 vision.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and OKRs to measure progress and drive accountability.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to secure budget, resources, and stakeholder buy-in for high-impact projects.
- Design and implement agile planning frameworks to ensure flexibility in a rapidly changing market.
- Communicate complex strategic insights to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executive boards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in strategic planning, business development, or a similar leadership role (8+ years preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and forecast market shifts.
- Demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams through periods of rapid change and innovation.
- Experience with AI integration, automation, and future-tech trends is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence without authority.
- A passion for long-term thinking and a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
