Responsibilities

- Lead R&D Initiatives: Direct a team of engineers and researchers in exploring emerging technologies and validating their feasibility.
- Technical Governance: Establish architectural standards and best practices to ensure code quality and system longevity.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and executives to translate business goals into technical specifications.
- Legacy Modernization: Oversee the strategic migration of existing systems to 2026-ready architectures.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud architectures (AWS/Azure), microservices, and AI/ML frameworks.
- Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry shifts and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex architectural challenges in high-pressure environments.
