Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, translating business goals into technical milestones.
- Lead the architectural strategy for emerging technologies, ensuring scalability and resilience.
- Identify and evaluate high-potential technologies to integrate into our core product suite by 2026.
- Manage cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Present complex technical strategies to C-suite executives and board members with clarity and confidence.
- Oversee the budgeting and resource allocation for long-term technology projects.
- Establish key performance indicators to measure the success of our 2026 transition strategy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in strategic technology leadership, product management, or architecture.
- Demonstrated experience in building and leading teams through major technological transitions.
- Strong understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and future tech trends relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar technology budgets.
- Valid work authorization in the United States.
