Responsibilities
- Define and execute the Technology Strategy for the 2026 roadmap, identifying emerging trends like Quantum Readiness and AGI integration.
- Lead architectural reviews to ensure scalability, security, and performance across all core systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Executive Leadership to align technical visions with business goals.
- Drive the adoption of cutting-edge development methodologies and tools to accelerate time-to-market.
- Identify and mitigate technical debt and risks associated with long-term project scaling.
- Establish KPIs and metrics to measure the success of technical initiatives and platform health.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Architecture, or Product Management with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity.
- Deep understanding of modern cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP) and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale software solutions.
- Strong expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning pipelines, and Data Strategy.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value for stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
