This pivotal role combines cutting-edge research with practical implementation to position Green Horizon Innovations at the forefront of sustainable innovation. You will spearhead long-term planning for carbon neutrality, circular economy models, and next-gen renewable technologies while collaborating with global stakeholders to shape industry standards.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 sustainability roadmap aligned with UN SDGs and Paris Agreement targets
- Lead cross-functional teams in integrating AI-driven climate analytics into product lifecycle management
- Establish strategic partnerships with governmental bodies, NGOs, and tech startups for sustainable innovation
- Oversee ESG reporting frameworks and ensure compliance with evolving global sustainability regulations
- Drive research into emerging carbon capture technologies and scalable green hydrogen solutions
- Mentor junior sustainability specialists and foster a culture of environmental innovation
- Present quarterly impact reports to C-suite executives and board members
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field; PhD preferred
- Minimum 7 years in corporate sustainability leadership with measurable impact on carbon reduction
- Expertise in ESG frameworks (GRI, SASB) and climate risk assessment methodologies
- Proven experience developing long-term environmental strategies with 5+ year implementation horizons
- Advanced proficiency in sustainability analytics tools (e.g., SAP Sustainability Cloud, Watershed)
- Deep understanding of circular economy principles and regenerative design
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
