Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year sustainability roadmaps aligning with UN SDGs and net-zero targets
- Analyze emerging climate technologies (carbon capture, green hydrogen, AI-driven resource optimization)
- Lead cross-functional workshops to embed circular economy principles into corporate strategy
- Produce forward-looking ESG impact reports for stakeholder engagement
- Identify regulatory and market shifts affecting sustainability initiatives post-2025
- Build partnerships with climate tech startups and research institutions
- Mentor junior sustainability analysts on future-proofing methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related field
- 5+ years in corporate sustainability strategy or climate tech consulting
- Deep expertise in carbon accounting frameworks (GHG Protocol, SBTi)
- Proven track record developing long-range sustainability roadmaps
- Strong data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI) for climate modeling
- Familiarity with emerging regulations (CSRD, SEC climate disclosures)
- Certification in Sustainable Supply Chain Management (CSCP) preferred
- Experience with scenario planning tools (STEEPLE analysis, Delphi method)
